Owala Order Marked Delivered but Never Received—Fake Tracking Concern
On December 22, 2025, I purchased a thermos from the website www.owala**.com
. I made the payment using my Ziraat Bank virtual credit card in the amount of $32. After placing the order, I was given the order number “#44b638-814” and a shipping tracking number AX1000751487CD, along with a link (https://www.track718.us/en/detail?n***s=AX1000751487CD
) to track the shipment.
Although the tracking site shows the package as “delivered,” I never received any product, and no shipment arrived at my address. I emailed p****@vipemhelp.com to ask about my order. Initially, I received an automated response stating that the product had been shipped. However, when I followed up because the item never arrived, I received no further response. I have neither received the product nor been able to reach anyone for assistance.
To resolve this issue, I request an immediate refund of the $32 I paid. I do not accept this practice of misleading consumers by showing fake tracking links as “delivered” when the product is not actually shipped. I also request that the website www.owalatr.com
and the related parties be investigated and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
