My Digital Wallet Blocked - I Cannot Use My Otelz Balance

I’ve been using Otelz in Turkey and was mostly satisfied with the service—until my digital wallet was unexpectedly blocked without any notice. I have ₺20,000 in that wallet, and despite contacting customer service multiple times, no one has managed to offer a solution or even a clear explanation. Every time I reach out, I'm informed that my issue is under review, but days have gone by and I still can't access my funds. This situation has really put me in a tough spot, as I genuinely want to use the wallet for my hotel reservation, but I'm unable to do so. I can't believe this situation is allowed to continue like this. I kindly ask that this issue be addressed promptly.

Otelz has blocked my money under the Zcüzdan program. I have not received any response for 2 weeks. They are not acting in a professional manner. They say they will get back to me, but they do not. The money in the Zcüzdan app belongs to me, but it cannot be used. We could not establish communication.
