Unable to Access My Original EA Account – Games and Data Missing

Years ago, I had no issues accessing my Origin account, but now that it's EA, I can’t log in to my original account even though I’m using the same email. Instead, I’m logged into a completely different account with none of my games or data. A friend helped me find my original account, and all my games are still there, but the account name has been changed and is now a strange, numbered username. I can’t access any of my content or log into my original account. I’ve tried everything but still can’t find a solution. Please help me recover my original account and data!
