I purchased an Oral-B toothbrush, but none of the replacement heads I bought are compatible with the handle. Since the original brush head came attached, I didn’t notice the issue at first, but now I can’t use the toothbrush at all. There seems to be a white component on the part where the head attaches. I’ve attached a picture for reference and urgently need assistance in resolving this issue. Please provide a solution so I can continue using the product.
