Bug in Oral-B Toothpaste from Migros

I bought Oral-B toothpaste from Migros store, and to my surprise, I discovered a bug inside! After using the toothpaste for a while and realizing there was only a little bit left, I decided to squeeze it out. To my surprise, I discovered a bug inside. I'm completely disgusted and have thrown away both the toothpaste and my toothbrush. How could a well-known brand and store fail to notice such disgusting conditions?
