Oppo A64 Vibration and Message Notifications Not Working After Update
I purchased my Oppo A64 just two months ago, and after a recent update, the vibration stopped working, and I no longer receive message notifications. I reset the device to factory settings, but the issue persists.
For such a new device, these problems are unacceptable. If the phone is already having issues within two months, what can I expect in the future? Should I send it for service, or is this a known issue? If this problem isn’t resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Court.
I need an immediate solution to this issue, whether through repair or replacement. A brand-new phone should not be experiencing such fundamental problems. Please address this urgently.
