I Face Registration Error on Kart 38 Mobile App With Oppo A54

I have been unable to create a membership on the Kart 38 mobile app for several months. I use an Oppo A54 smartphone and have installed the latest version of the application. Each time I attempt to register, I receive the same error message: “Hata oluştu, kayıt olamadınız” (An error occurred, registration failed).

I have not yet tried registering with different details or alternative methods, and I have not contacted customer service. However, the fact that the exact same error appears on every attempt shows that this is a persistent and ongoing technical issue. Despite reinstalling the app and making sure it’s fully updated, the problem has not been resolved.

I live in Kayseri and need this membership to be able to use the app effectively. I request urgent support to fix this technical error and to complete my registration process without further delays.
