Complaint Regarding Can't Open Instamatch Apps

I use the Instamatch application on my Oppo Reno 15 Pro Mini, and since this morning I have not been able to open the app at all. When I tap on the Instamatch icon, there is no signal or response and the application does not start, even though my phone is working normally. I have already tried basic solutions such as restarting the phone, but nothing has changed and the problem continues. I have not yet been able to contact Instamatch support about this issue. I request that this access problem be identified and fixed as soon as possible so that I can use the Instamatch app again without interruption.
