Opel Zafira Transmission Issue

My Opel Zafira had a transmission issue, which left us stranded on the road. It's been approximately two weeks, and the vehicle is still undergoing repairs at Arkas Otomotiv in Izmir. Throughout the repair process, we made a request for a replacement vehicle, only to be met with a refusal. Their reasoning was that they were unable to provide a commercial vehicle due to our company's status. We proposed using a passenger vehicle instead but encountered the same reaction. We also didn't receive any help from Opel Turkey's headquarters regarding this issue.
