I brought my vehicle under warranty to the Opel Arkas Izmir store on 25.03.2025, which described it as an engine failure. Since this was the 4th time the engine failure was experienced, the checks were performed again in the service and it was determined that 3 injectors and the fuel flow pipe were defective, but it was stated that the materials were depleted from abroad. For this reason, it was stated that a replacement vehicle would be arranged upon return from the holiday, which they could not provide during the period, and it was delivered to me with the statement that I could use the vehicle with the fault during the holiday. They stated that they included my vehicle, which showed understanding for the arrangement of distributions before the holiday, in a defective way, but that they still could not give it even though it was kept for 1 week after the holiday and others did not have an installation vehicle. In this case, the extension of the life of the vehicle or whether it is under Stellantis warranty or not is not available to me in any way.
