OnlyFans Unauthorized Charge: Close My Account

I recently discovered an unauthorized charge of 37.88 AUD on my ANZ bank account originating from OnlyFans, which appeared in my ANZ mobile banking app approximately 4 to 6 days ago. I did not approve or intend to make this payment and I consider it an unauthorized transaction. I am unable to contact OnlyFans through their usual channels and therefore I am using this complaint to request action. I want my OnlyFans account to be completely blocked and permanently shut down so that no further charges can be made in the future. I request that this situation be urgently investigated and that my OnlyFans account access be blocked and closed as soon as possible in order to protect me from any further unauthorized transactions.
