OnePlus Nord N10 5G Sensor Issues – Screen Won’t Turn On for Calls

I have been experiencing sensor issues with my OnePlus Nord N10 5G. When I receive a call, the screen often does not turn on, making it impossible to see who is calling. The phone rings, but the display stays completely black, forcing me to press the power button just to answer.

Additionally, the screen randomly loses brightness, even though I am not using a screen protector. This issue happens frequently, and I miss important calls because I can’t see the incoming caller.

Will this problem be fixed with an update, or is there another solution I should try? I need urgent assistance from OnePlus to resolve this frustrating issue as soon as possible.
