Omix Customer Rep Acted Rudely, Problem Ended Unsolved
Just 5 minutes ago, I received a call from the cell phone company called Omix, and I must say, they seem to be constantly lying. I have experienced various issues and mistreatment from them, but when they greeted me on the call, there was neither an apology nor an explanation for their actions. I am determined to keep writing and contacting them until they understand that making false statements in emails, calls, or any other means is not acceptable and could be considered a crime. I had a conversation with a person named M***** who sounded quite arrogant, and I am filing a complaint about both the individual and the company in question.
