Omi Account Permanently Blocked Without Explanation

I am writing about my Omi dating app account, which was permanently blocked around September 2026 without any clear explanation. I had been using the app in a normal way, only browsing profiles, matching and chatting with other users. I did not share or upload anyone else’s photos, did not impersonate another person and did not post inappropriate or offensive content. Despite this, I suddenly discovered that my account had been permanently blocked, and since then I have not been able to access it. I contacted Omi support regarding this issue, but I have not received a helpful response or a clear explanation of which rule I supposedly violated or why the permanent block was applied. I respectfully request that my account be manually and carefully reviewed and that the permanent block be lifted, as I believe this decision was made in error and that I have complied with the community guidelines. If you decide not to restore my account, I ask you to provide a clear and specific explanation of the exact reason and the rule or guideline allegedly violated.
