Unblock My Badoo Account

I am writing to complain about my Badoo account being blocked on 11/03/2026 while I was using the app on my Android phone. The reason shown was “prohibited photos / AI photos”. However, all the photos I used were AI-stylized selfies of my own face and normal pictures of myself, and none of them contained nudity or sexually explicit content. I believe my account was incorrectly flagged by the automated system, as my photos complied with the platform rules and were only creative, stylized versions of my own images. Until this block, I had no issues or warnings, and I did not receive any clear explanation beyond the generic reason. I request that my account be reviewed manually and that the block be lifted, with full reactivation of my account. I also kindly ask for a clear explanation of which image was considered “prohibited”, so that I can avoid similar misunderstandings in the future.
