OmegleTV Charged Me $13 to Remove a Ban and Did Neither — No Unban, No Refund
I was unjustifiably banned on the OmegleTV platform and was asked to pay a fee to have the ban removed. Approximately 3 to 4 hours ago, I paid $13 using my debit card linked to my bank account. Despite this, my ban has still not been lifted and I have not been granted any access whatsoever.
I then requested a refund, but as of now neither the ban has been removed nor has the $13 I paid been refunded. I have been harmed by being denied the service I paid for while also being refused a refund.
I am requesting that either the service I paid for be delivered — meaning my ban is lifted — or that the full $13 be refunded to my card as soon as possible.
Progress
I made a payment of 599.99 TRY through my Ziraat Bank account to have my ban lifted on the platform called Omegle TV. I was told that the payment I deposited on June 11 would be credited to my account between June 11–13. Although the transaction screen shows the money as "deposited," it has not reached my account in any way.
When I discussed the issue with Ziraat Bank, I was told that the other party has not provided a refund. However, what matters to me is a clear explanation of what happened to the 599.99 TRY and the resolution of my grievance. I have a record with code 073758 for this transaction.
I request that a thorough investigation be carried out regarding this transaction, that I be provided with detailed information, and, if possible, that my money be refunded to my account.
