Omegleme Ban Not Lifted After Paying – Refund or Immediate Unblock
I was unfairly banned on the Omegleme app and used the in-app option “Remove Ban” to pay 239.99 TL with my credit card. The payment was processed successfully, and I have the receipt to prove it (ID: 315621734).
However, even after two full days, my ban has not been lifted. I still cannot access the app, and I received no confirmation email or message after making the payment. To make matters worse, there is no customer service available to resolve the issue.
This situation is unacceptable. I demand that my ban be removed immediately as promised, or that the 239.99 TL be refunded to my card without delay. Users should not be left in the dark after paying for a service that was never delivered.
