OmeTV Banned Me for Showing a Singer’s Name—This Unfair Ban Needs to Be Lifted
On May 2, I was using the OmeTV app and was suddenly banned for what I believe is a completely unjustified reason. During a chat, another user asked me about a singer, so I briefly showed the screen and mentioned the name C K*****. That’s it—nothing inappropriate, nothing offensive—just answering a harmless question.
Right after that, I received a ban notification. I honestly don’t understand how such a simple interaction could result in a ban. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels totally unreasonable. If these are the standards OmeTV is using to block users, then anyone could be banned for virtually anything.
I’m requesting that OmeTV review this ban immediately and lift the restriction on my account. Please start taking context into consideration before punishing users. Getting banned for such a minor, innocent action is not only unfair—it’s also discouraging for people who genuinely want to use the platform properly.
