I Face Unjust Ban on OmeTV App for Alleged Inappropriate Behavior on iPhone
For the past eight months, I have been unable to use the OmeTV app on my iPhone because my account was blocked with the reason stated as “rude and inappropriate behavior.” I want to clearly state that I have never engaged in any such conduct on the platform. I have also never made any payments or in-app purchases, so this restriction came as a complete surprise. The only information I received from OmeTV was a brief warning message with this accusation—no further explanation or evidence was provided.
This ban has been active without interruption, and I am currently located in Baku, Azerbaijan. Until now, I have not contacted customer support or filed an appeal, but I believe this ban is completely unjustified. I expect OmeTV to immediately remove this unfair restriction so I can use the platform again. Additionally, I want to be informed when my ban will be lifted and when I can resume using the app without issues. OmeTV must review its moderation process to prevent innocent users from being wrongly penalized.
