I’ve been using the Ome TV iOS app in Mersin, and over the past two days, I’ve been banned twice — even though I did not use any profanity, slang, or inappropriate behavior of any kind.
After the bans, I had to make mobile payments totaling approximately $23 (about 1,000 TRY) to lift them. However, just a few hours after my ban was removed, I was banned again without reason.
The app provides no warning or explanation messages, and when I contacted customer service, I was met with indifference and no real assistance.
My username and email address are b***********@gmail.com**. The ban duration is stated as one month, but I’ve been repeatedly banned without any rule violation, and this has caused me serious inconvenience.
I do not accept being charged unfairly or being banned without justification.
I request that the unjust ban be lifted and that the fees I paid be refunded.
I have never violated the platform’s rules, and I don’t want my hard-earned money taken under false pretenses.
