While using the Ome TV app on my Xiaomi Redmi 14c (Android) device, my account was banned for “rude behavior” even though I did not violate any rules, use offensive language, or engage in inappropriate conduct.
The ban occurred just five minutes ago and is still active. This is not the first time it has happened — I was previously banned without reason, and despite contacting Ome TV customer service, I never received any response.
The email address linked to my account is e**@outlook.com**. I’ve already tried deleting and reinstalling the app and using different methods, but the issue persists. I’m using the free version of the app (no payments made) and currently live in Gaziantep, Turkey.
I’ve been unfairly banned multiple times despite not breaking any rules, and this has caused me significant frustration. I request that my account be reviewed, that this unjust ban be lifted, and that necessary measures be taken to prevent such issues from happening again.
