OmeTV Wrongly Banned My Account Without Any Rule Violation

I regularly use the OmeTV app on my iPhone, and I have never engaged in any inappropriate or offensive behavior. However, about 5 days ago, I was suddenly banned from the app. The only notice I received was a vague “complaint” message, but there was no explanation of what I supposedly did wrong.
I am certain I did not break any rules, and this ban feels completely unjustified. I have not made any payments within the app, and the issue is only occurring on OmeTV. My account is linked to the phone number **535 *205.
Since I could not reach the support team through the app, I am filing my complaint here. I request that my account be reviewed carefully and that the unfair ban be lifted immediately. Users should not be penalized without clear reasons or evidence.
