I recently bought a brand new phone and decided to try OmeTV for the first time. Since I'm a brand-new user, it's absolutely impossible for me to be banned. Yet, despite this, I can't turn on my camera at all.

Naturally, I checked the app permissions, thinking maybe I forgot to grant access—but here's the real issue: the OmeTV app doesn’t even request camera permission. There's no option to enable it under the app settings. It's as if the app doesn't recognize the camera at all.

There’s no official email address or proper support I could find to reach out to, which only adds to the frustration. I'm stuck with a non-functional feature and zero help.

Please fix this with an urgent update or contact me directly so I can actually use the camera. I didn’t pay for a new phone just to deal with technical issues from your platform.
