I Can’t Use My Camera on OmeTV App After Ban – I Need It Fixed Immediately

I believe I’ve been permanently banned on OmeTV, even though I’m not sure why or when it happened. Here’s what’s happening: on my current device, the OmeTV app does not show my camera at all—it's just a blank or black screen. But when I open OmeTV from the browser on the same device, the camera works perfectly.

I’ve tried everything to fix this. I created a new account, but the new account also fails to show my camera within the app on this device. However, when I log into that same account on another device, the camera works fine through the app. So clearly, my device is blocked or banned specifically for app usage.

I haven’t received any notification about a ban, nor do I know the reason for it. If I violated a rule, I’d like to know what it was. Right now, the app is unusable for me. Please lift the ban or restore full functionality on my device. I need this resolved urgently.
