I Can’t Use My Camera on Ome TV Even Though It’s Enabled

Hello, I hope you're having a good day. I downloaded the Ome TV app, and since the moment I installed it, my camera has not been working at all. Every time I try to start the app, the camera screen just stays stuck on loading, and it never opens. I’ve waited for minutes, tried restarting the app and even reinstalled it, but nothing works.

I’ve made sure all camera and microphone permissions are enabled on my device. My camera works fine on other apps, so the issue is clearly specific to Ome TV. I’m completely lost at this point and can’t figure out what else to try. There’s no clear support option in the app either.

I am requesting the Ome TV technical team to look into this issue urgently and help fix this problem. This app is unusable for me right now, and it’s frustrating to be left without any proper solution. Please provide a fix or update immediately so I can use the app like others. Thank you.
