About 4–5 months ago, I completed all the necessary verification steps for my OKX account. Everything was in order—I deposited funds, bought and sold assets, and even made withdrawals without any issues. I took a short break from trading, and when I recently tried to log back in, I was shocked to see a message saying, “Your account has been suspended.”
This makes absolutely no sense. My account was fully verified. I had been using the platform normally without violating any rules. How can a verified account, which has already processed financial transactions, suddenly be suspended without warning or explanation?
There was no email, no alert, no justification—just a locked account. Fortunately, I hadn’t left large amounts of money in the account. If I had, I might’ve lost access to it entirely. Still, the fact that this can happen at all is deeply troubling.
OKX needs to provide a clear answer for this. What triggered the suspension? Why are verified users being blocked at random? I demand immediate access to my account and a full explanation. No one should have to worry about losing their assets overnight on a platform they trusted.
