OKX Permanently Blocked My Account After a $1,154 USDT Transfer

Last night, approximately $1,154 USDT was transferred into my OKX TR account. This amount was sent as a debt repayment from my mother’s aunt’s daughter, who owed my mother money. Shortly after the transfer, the funds were temporarily locked, and I then received an email stating that my account was permanently blocked due to a decision citing “transactions with an unidentified source under local regulations.”

When I try to access the app now, I receive an “no internet connection” error and cannot access my account at all. Other than the generic wording in the email, no clear or detailed explanation has been provided regarding why my account was permanently blocked or what specific grounds were used. I was also not asked to submit any additional documents or explanations.

I contacted the OKX TR support team via email, but I have not received any response yet. Even though this transfer was a legitimate debt repayment and the sender’s identity is known, having my account fully blocked and being unable to access my assets has caused me serious harm.

I request that OKX TR either reopen my account so I can continue using it normally, or at the very least return the full balance in my account to my bank account after completing any necessary verification checks. I ask that this matter be reviewed urgently and that I receive a clear, written explanation.
