OKX Deposit Not Reflected – Missing Funds and No Customer Support

I deposited money into my OKX account, but the funds never appeared in my balance. However, the amount is also missing from my bank account, meaning the transaction is stuck somewhere in between.

I have tried reaching customer support multiple times, but there is no way to communicate with a real representative. The automated chatbot is completely useless and does not understand my issue.

I need an immediate resolution. Either credit the funds to my OKX account or return my money to my bank account. It is unacceptable for such a large exchange to have no reliable customer service. I expect a response and a resolution as soon as possible.

Hey, sorry to hear about this. Was this resolved? I am stuck in the exact situation- the amount I'm fighting for is 4500 AED (1,225.39 USD) Bank says transfer was instant and successful. OKX deny any and all responsibility. Where are my funds? Nobody knows. Looking forward to your advise before filing a legal complaint within the UAE against OKX for the same. This is my last attempt. The support has been useless too.
