OKX Crypto Exchange Refund Issue – No Real Support

I am facing a serious issue with OKX crypto exchange, as they refuse to process my refund despite multiple requests. Their customer support is non-existent—instead of providing real solutions, they send the same copy-paste responses over and over again.

I have followed every instruction they provided, even sending a video as proof, yet they keep ignoring my case and sending automated replies. There is no actual person to communicate with, making the process extremely frustrating.

I strongly advise against using OKX for any transactions, as their lack of accountability causes users to lose money with no resolution in sight. I demand immediate action and a proper response from OKX to resolve my refund request.
