OKX Confiscated My Money

I have been using my OKX TR account for years without any problems, warnings or rule violations. However, as of around 18 May, my account was suddenly blocked without any concrete justification, and I have been unable to access or use the high balance in my account, which in practice means my funds have been seized. Shortly before the block, I was asked for additional information for verification purposes. I submitted all the requested information and documents completely and fulfilled all verification steps. Despite this, shortly afterwards my account was completely blocked and, from that day on, I have not been able to use or withdraw my money. During this period, I repeatedly contacted live support via the application and spoke with the support team many times. Each time I was only told that my account was “under review” and that I should wait; no clear explanation or any timeframe was shared with me. No concrete reason was given to me in writing or verbally, which made the uncertainty and loss of trust even worse. I did not violate any rules. They keep citing the “user agreement” as the reason for the block and claim that, even without any court or prosecutor’s decision, they have the right to impose an indefinite block on my account and keep all my money as long as they wish. I find it unacceptable that such a serious restriction is imposed without a judicial decision and without a clear, specific explanation. In addition, the complaint I previously submitted to Şikayetvar about this issue was not published, even though there is no court order regarding the matter. This time, I expect my complaint to be published so that my voice can be heard and other users can also be informed about this situation. I request that OKX TR urgently remove the block on my account, immediately make my balance available for use and withdrawal, and provide me with a clear, written and concrete explanation regarding this entire process. I also state that I have filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office regarding this company and that I am adding the statement protocol from the prosecutor’s office as an attachment.
