I am unable to make any withdrawal from my OKX account (ID: 600790352203066***) despite having used it just a few times without any issues. Suddenly, my account has been blocked, and I can't access my funds. I don’t understand why this happened, as I’ve followed all procedures. I’m waiting for a response from OKX support to resolve this issue and allow me to access the remaining funds in my account. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, as the money is still in my account, and this situation is causing me stress.
