Missing Tether Transfer from OKX to Gate.io Account

I recently attempted to transfer Tether (USDT) from my OKX account to my Gate.io account, but the funds never arrived. The transaction was successfully deducted from my OKX account, as shown in the attached documentation. I checked my Gate.io account multiple times over the next 30 minutes, but the balance remains unchanged.

This delay and uncertainty have caused me significant inconvenience. I request the immediate reversal or proper resolution of this transaction. OKX should take responsibility and ensure smooth and timely fund transfers to maintain trust. Please address this issue urgently and return the missing funds to my account. Thank you.
