On the OKX platform, the withdrawal is marked as completed, yet despite a long waiting period, the funds have still not been deposited into my Yapı Kredi account.
I contacted OKX customer service to report the issue, but I have not received any response. There are no restrictions, holds, or blocks on either my OKX account or my bank account. This is the first time I have faced such a problem, and no commission or fee was deducted from this transaction.
