Payment Transfer Issue on Okex Global Account

I attempted to transfer a payment from my Okex global account to another account, but the payment did not arrive. Interestingly, there was a deduction from my Okex account, and now my balance is zero. The transaction does not appear in my transaction history.
I am unable to find anyone to assist me, and there is no clear support available. Additionally, I cannot access the volume history for the past year. I urgently request help regarding this matter. Thank you.
