Okex Support Not Resolving Missing FLM Balance Problem After Delisting
My FLM balance on the Okex exchange completely disappeared from my account after it was delisted on November 22. Since the FLM balance no longer appears in my asset list, I am unable to transfer it to another exchange and have no way of accessing or managing my funds.
I contacted Okex customer support regarding the issue and, as requested, sent them a screenshot. I was told that the issue would be resolved, but my FLM balance still does not appear, and I am unable to perform any transactions.
I request that Okex immediately restore the visibility of my delisted FLM balance in my account and perform the necessary technical adjustments so that I can transfer it to another exchange.
