OKX Freezes Account Without Explanation and Blocks Deposits and Withdrawals
My OKX account has been frozen for about a week without any explanation. Before this, I could log in normally and execute trades or other transactions without any issues. Now, my account is completely disabled.
Despite reaching out to customer support, I have received no information regarding why my account was frozen or when it will be reopened. Keeping my account locked for this long without any explanation is both trust-shattering and financially damaging.
I demand that OKX unfreeze my account as soon as possible, restore my ability to make deposits and withdrawals, and provide a clear, transparent explanation for why this occurred.
