I am unable to log into my OKCupid account due to a verification error, yet my account appears to be active according to Instagram and other platforms. This is extremely frustrating—I can’t access my account, but it’s still visible to others.

There is no proper customer support to resolve this issue, and I haven't been able to find a contact person to assist me. I need urgent help in either restoring my access or ensuring that my account is properly deactivated if I can’t log in. Please resolve this issue immediately.
