I Can’t Verify My Number or Log In to My OkCupid Account with My Photo Still Visible

I’ve tried everything, but I still can’t verify my phone number or access my OkCupid account. The app keeps giving me an error no matter how many times I retry. I’ve attempted the process multiple times on different days and devices, but nothing works. My profile is still active and visible, including my personal photo, even though I can’t log in to manage or deactivate it. This is extremely concerning.

It’s unacceptable for an app handling sensitive personal data to leave users locked out while their profiles remain public. I’ve already reached out, but no one has responded. OkCupid, this needs urgent attention. I demand immediate support to restore access to my account or remove it completely. Do not leave users feeling helpless and exposed.
