OkCupid Account Disappeared After Deleting App

I accidentally closed the account I created on the OkCupid app, and I currently cannot access it in any way. After removing the app from my phone and trying to reopen it, my account appears to be completely gone, and I am unable to log in. I created the account about 20–25 days ago and was only able to use it for around 10 days.

When accessing the account, I had added the app to my phone’s home screen and would open it directly by tapping the icon, so I do not clearly remember the login details (email or phone number). I also had a three-month Premium subscription on this account and cannot use the remaining time.

I request that OkCupid restore the account I accidentally lost access to, if possible, and reinstate my Premium subscription to that account. I would appreciate guidance and support on what steps I need to take.
