Just 3 months and 7 days ago, I purchased my first-ever pair of Oakley sunglasses, expecting high quality. However, one of the nose pads kept falling off whenever I cleaned the lenses. At first, I was able to put it back, but eventually, it fell off for good, and I couldn’t find it.
I visited Boyner today to request a replacement nose pad, only to be told that Oakley does not provide spare parts. The salesperson said there was nothing they could do, and I should just wear the glasses without the pad. This is unacceptable!
The missing silicone nose pad causes discomfort, and my nose is getting irritated. If Oakley sells glasses with non-replaceable parts, they need to take responsibility! I demand a solution immediately, and I will look into my legal options if this is not addressed.
