The Moose Bay Won’t Fix My Oakley Glasses – No Refund, No Replacement

I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses from The Moose Bay on August 18, 2023. After 2-3 months, the nose pad fell off, so I contacted the company. They asked me to send the glasses back, which I did.

When I checked the status online, it showed that my return was processed, but I never received a refund. Instead, the glasses were sent back to me, with the company claiming they were waiting for a replacement part. They assured me that once it arrived, I would need to fix it myself. Months have passed, and I still haven’t received the part.

I reached out again, and they now want me to send the glasses back a second time. This company clearly does not care about customer satisfaction—you have to constantly chase them to get any resolution. Customer service is easy to reach, but their responses are vague and unhelpful. Fix my issue or issue a refund (₺) immediately!
