Oakley Sunglasses Broke Right After Warranty

I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses from Sunglass Hut, and despite keeping them in their original case, a plastic piece detached from the frame. Expecting proper service for a premium brand, I took them to the store for repair.

However, because the 2-year warranty had expired by just 20 days, they refused to repair or even accept the sunglasses for service. They told me that even if I sent them in, nothing would be done. This is completely unacceptable!

A high-end product like Oakley shouldn’t fall apart right after the warranty expires. Sunglass Hut and Oakley should at least offer a repair solution instead of dismissing customers.
