Today I received my NYX blush order, and to my shock, the compact arrived completely empty—there was no product inside the packaging at all. I contacted the retailer immediately, and while they agreed to a return, I’m deeply disappointed by the situation.
What makes this worse is that NYX products aren't sold locally where I live, so I now have no chance of easily replacing the blush. On top of the initial excitement being ruined, I now have to go through the inconvenience of repacking and shipping it back for a refund.
This level of quality control failure from a brand like NYX is unacceptable. I expect NYX to take full responsibility for this oversight and offer a proper resolution to ensure this doesn’t happen again to other customers.
