I Received a Broken NYX Blush from L’Oréal and My Return Was Refused

I ordered a NYX blush from L’Oréal, but when the product arrived, it was completely broken inside the packaging. Naturally, I submitted it for return right away. However, to my surprise, the return was rejected without any valid explanation and the damaged product was sent back to me.

I refused to accept the return shipment, because I shouldn’t be stuck with a broken product I paid full price for. Now I’m left in an unacceptable situation—I have no product, no refund, and absolutely no communication from the brand. I’ve reached out for support but haven’t received any response at all.

I expect L’Oréal to take responsibility for delivering a damaged product and for rejecting a perfectly valid return request. I demand a full refund or a replacement blush as soon as possible. Please resolve this promptly so I don’t have to escalate the matter further.
