About a month ago, I started using the NYX Bare With Me Concealer, and at first, everything seemed fine. But recently, I noticed a number of tiny blackish bubbles or dots forming inside the tube—similar to trapped air but darker and abnormal. These particles are extremely concerning and raise questions about the product's hygiene and shelf stability.
Naturally, I tried to reach out to NYX through multiple channels. I sent emails, left messages, and even attempted to contact them via their official Instagram page. To my frustration, I discovered that the email address listed on their Instagram profile doesn’t even accept incoming emails. If it's inactive, why display it at all?
This lack of transparency and support is unacceptable, especially from a brand that charges ₺600–₺700 for a single concealer. I expected far more professionalism and responsiveness. I followed all proper usage and storage instructions, yet I’m left with a product that now seems questionable and a brand that is completely silent.
I demand that NYX immediately investigate this issue and either replace the product or refund my payment. A brand that commands premium prices should also deliver premium-level customer care. Please take this seriously and provide a prompt resolution.
