Nvidia GeForce Now Premium Membership Not Delivering 60fps Gaming Experience

I have a Premium membership on GeForce Now, but while playing Remnant 2, I am provided with a GTX 1060 graphics card and can't reach 60 FPS even on medium settings. I am forced to play at 40 FPS. I was under the impression that this service claimed to offer a 60 FPS gaming experience. The value for the price paid is not being fully delivered. For games with high system requirements, a higher-spec computer should be provided.

Nowadays, games generally come with a GTX 2080, but while people abroad are playing with 4050s, we are given 2080s. Additionally, this system does not guarantee 60 FPS in some games.
