My Nttgame Account Hacked But No Support & Tickets Ignored

I recently had an unfortunate experience with my Nttgame.com account. It was hacked, and even though I reached out to their support team by submitting a ticket, they were unable to provide any assistance. I requested a change to my account's email address, but unfortunately, they didn't fulfill this either. In addition, I requested invoices for my purchases, but unfortunately, they did not respond and closed my ticket. You can only contact them if you make a deposit into your account. This is completely unacceptable from a company.
