Novakid's Misleading Offer for Lesson Price

I tried two leading institutions to get my son English lessons and had to choose another institution instead of Novakids because of the price difference. Later, Novakids contacted me because I did not get back to them and made an offer. Since the offer did not state the price difference between Standard and Premium teachers, we were pleased with the offer from Novakids and we cancelled our other membership, even though it was a loss (about ₺4000). Just when we were about to agree with Novakids, they said that the offer they made was only for Standard teachers when I asked a question at the last minute. (In other words, if I had not asked, I would have faced the fact that I could not choose a Premium teacher after purchasing.) This is completely a sales trick, deliberately misinforming people. Novakids is a site where teacher prices are variable and they did not mention such a detail in their offer posts. If you do not want to experience something like this and be a victim like us, I recommend that you learn the details thoroughly and then make your decision. (By the way, thank you for the communication of the Novakids sales consultant, he was really interested, but these sales policies are really aimed at deliberately insufficiently informing people, otherwise it should have been stated in the offer that it is the standard teacher price.)
