On Nissan’s official website and social media accounts, there is advertising and pricing information for the 1.3 DIG-T Mild Hybrid 158ps Auto Designpack model as being sold brand new. However, since September 22, I have spoken with dealerships in Adana and Mersin, and also checked across Turkey, and learned that this vehicle is not in stock at any dealership. Likewise, when I contacted customer service, I was told the car was unavailable. Advertising and listing prices for a vehicle that does not exist in stock misleads customers. My expectation from Nissan is that models not in stock should not be advertised, or it should be clearly stated on their official website which dealerships actually have the vehicle. I request more transparent information and that customers are not misled.
