Nissan 2014 Nissan Qashqai Paint Peeling on Hood During Wash

I am afraid to wash my 2014 Nissan Qashqai because every time I use a water spray gun, the paint on the hood peels off continuously. I purchased this vehicle thinking it was a high-quality SUV, but I’m disappointed to see how poor the paint quality is. Previously, I had the same issue with the roof, and I got it repainted at the service center. Now, the paint on the hood is peeling, and the service centers say there’s no warranty and that they can’t do anything about it. I am requesting that Nissan headquarters address this issue, as it is disheartening to see such problems with a vehicle of this standard.

Customer service called a little while ago; they have forwarded the issue to the relevant departments. They said it was due to my user error, caused by the detergent and water I used. Therefore, unfortunately, they cannot help. It's as if I'm using a vehicle for the first time. To date, this is my 14th vehicle, and I believe I have sufficient technical knowledge in these matters. In short, the company is aware that the issue is chronic, but unfortunately, they do not stand behind their vehicle and dismiss it as user error. It's a shame, such a company is truly a shame.
